For running multiple jQuery methods within a single statement,we make use of chaining. here is the example:
<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.3/jquery.min.js"></script> <script> $(document).ready(function(){ $("button").click(function(){ $("#k").css("color", "green").slideUp(2000).slideDown(2000); }); }); </script> </head> <body> <p id="k">Findnerd</p> <button>result</button> </body> </html>
