    Quality Assurance:

Here the testing team define the procedures, processes, policies, standards and the checklist in the document which is going to be follow during the entire project life cycle,It is also referred as 'Verification'.
    Example:
Assume that the testing team needs to work on the Automation tool for a upcoming project , but no one in the team has the knowledge about this tool,so to overcome this the lead defines the training plan and share with the team.Hence this is QA where we are assuring the quality of the upcoming project by providing training to the team.

    Quality Control
Here the testing team executes everything in real time which is being documented in QA. It is also referred as 'Validation'.
    Example:
We refer to same situation mentioned above where the team went through the training for automation tool. Now the question is how we evaluate that the training went successful. So for this the team will be assesed by their repsonse to the questionnaire provided to them. The lead would set the minimum marks for the expectaions, if overall the team scored above that,it ensures that training went successful else we need to replan the training.Hence this is QC where we are validating the training for bring in the quality of the upcoming project.
