    What Is Recovery Testing ?

The recovery testing is the action of testing in which we can test how suitably the application or software is capable to retrieve from hardware downfall or failure, crashes and other same difficulties or problems.

Recovery testing is the strained collapse or failure of the application or software in a kind of manners to confirm or verify that recovery is correctly conducted. Recovery testing should not be mixed-up with reliability testing, which attempt to find out the stage or point at which collapse exists.

Below is mentioned few examples of recovery testing:-

1- In any time when application or software working, immediately resume the system or computer and after that check the effectiveness of softwares or applications data integrity.

2- To restart the computer or system when the browser will have certain amount of sessions and after restarting or rebooting check, that it is able to retrieve all of them.

3- In any time when application or software acquires data from the network , disconnect and then in any time add-in the cable, and examine the application capacity to persist acceptance of data from that point, when network connection vanished.
