    Hi, I faced the similar issue couple of months back. Do not worry! if its bank funded payment or a direct debit transaction, ask them to recall the payment under Direct Debit Indemnity Scheme. You will have to fill the indemnity form for the same, you will have the refunds within next 24 hours. Good Luck :)
