Okay Manoj. According to me, your phone's drivers might have got corrupted or virus infected. So what I would suggest is shift all your phone's data to a memory card. Empty all your data from the phone and hit restore factory settings. Restore factory settings is an option in the phone settings which would again bring your phone to the factory mode how it was when you bought it. So that will again start the camera's driver and your phone will work properly. PS : Before opting for restore factory settings plz do take a back up of all your data because as soon as you will hit factory restore, it will erase all your phone's data, contacts, apps etc.
