    Hello Vipul, I also faced this problem recently. Please follow these steps, i think it should be help-full for you to resolving this issue.

    step 1. Create a folder certificates inside Php folder, below is the url where to create the folder, plugin/quiz-master-next/Php/certificates.
    Step 2. Set recursive permission(755) to each directory(folders not file).
    Step 3. Set permission(644) to each file.
