    Answer it

i have few questions about google map: i make web application based on php, mysql, javascript, jquery, jquery-mobile,Google Maps Directions API, Google Maps Geocoding API, Google Maps JavaScript API, Google Places API Web Service. customer can get location of seller and connect to it.

I know apis need connect over https and i have self-signed certification, all works fine in PC browser but have problem with some of android devices and ios devices for example on my android 4.2 works fine on native browser but not work on google chrome, can't get location and i think problem is on self-signed cert.

I make simple android app and tried run it on Webview over https with JAVA handler.proceed(); and without it but no success (tried only on native), can't get location and maps not appear. anyway i know if i solve this problem google not allow me to publish app on playstore without notification to user that app is connecting to self-signed web or somthing like this but i dont want it. so my question is: if i buy official ssl certificate will this problems solved? and can i publish app on playstore without any notification to user and is there any specifi ssl certf. what i need to buy or it does not matter? thanks. :*
