    If you want to integrate Email subscription Popup on your site then this Plugin is very useful.

    This link is having all the Installation instructions also.

    This plugin will create a new table in database in which Email address of subscribed user will be stored.
    Admin can view all the Subscribers Email address from the admin "Manage Subscribers" menu.
