    MDM at Business Level - Comprises the processes, data governance, making policies, setting standards and consistently define and manage the critical data of an organization to provide a single point of reference.

    MDM at computing defines - MDM is a tool that can be used to manage data, remove duplicates, standardize data and build rules to eliminate incorrect data to be entered in the system. Master Data can be defined as products, accounts, parties, customers for which transactions are completed in an organization.
