Now simply fill the fields(voices) as follows:

a)Description: name that will be used to identify the server (oftenly it is best to use the email provider's, like Gmail or Yahoo).

b)Server Name: the original SMTP server's specification. You can searching it on our list of server POP and SMTP.

c)Port: SMTP works with port 25, but it can also work also with 587.

d)Connection security:SMTP email transfer doesn't provide inbuilt encryption. To make your connection more secure, use STARTTLS or SSL/TLS extension as a good choice, this provides a separate port for encrypted communication.

e)Authentication method: For this, there are certain number of methods like(passwords, CRAM-MD5, KERBEROS etc.).

    f) User Name: your email address.
