Start by telling about yourself and your experience at Evon.
Ask about candidate profile summary
Ask why want to come to Evon particulary for outstation candidates
Ask for the current company size this will give you idea what kind of working background they have
Start with the 1st project that candidate has done and start technical discussion on that.
Try to see how candidate approched the problem to reach the solution
Ask for client interaction if done then what they did on Skype or Phone?
Ask them if they have any questions.
Closing statement should be our HR will get back to you.
Note down all the findings of the interview for future reference.
Things to Avoid
Avoid speaking in hindi unless the candidate is uncomfortable answering in english
Never raise your voice
Do not start digging more if candidate is stuck on something
Never ever be derogatory on candidate's expertise/knowledge
Don't try to check your knowledge ask whatever you know 100%.
