Step 1

First sign in with google ad sense account using below link

https://www.google.com/adsense/start/

Step 2

After sign in with your google account you will have to fill one application form consist of some your personal details like name , email , address etc.

Step 3

After filling the details you will see one button naming "Place the ad code" just click on that you will see javascript code like below.
