    Use the following Java class to create a custom  circular ImageView

    }

    Now you can use this CircleImageView class from the xml like this:

    <CircleImageView
        android:layout_width="wrap_content"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"
        app:border_width="4dp"
        app:border_color="@android:color/holo_red_dark"
      />

    Use border_width and border_color attributes to define width and color of the border respectively.
