• Reliable:- A good team players are always remain constantly reliable all the time.They remain of their words and give consistent quality work.

• Participate Actively:-They always come prepared for team meetings and listen and speak up in discussions. Doesn't sit passively on the sidelines and always committed to his work. Always take initiative to make the things happen.Their approach  always remain "can-do".

• Communicates Constructively:- Good team players express their thoughts and ideas clearly, directly, honestly, and with respect for others and for the work of the team.

• Good Listening Skills: When listening, attempts to hear and interpret communication from others point of view. Teams need team players who can absorb, understand, and consider ideas and points of view from other people without debating and arguing every point.
