JavaScript is a vast platform. It covers many advanced programming techniques. If you are a beginner, it’s crucial for you to know a few JavaScript strategies. Without knowing them, it is quite tough to build complex JS applications. From validation with regular expressions to manipulating DOM, every aspect needs to be analyzed while working on JavaScript as it is a powerful way to execute your application faster with less code.

Here are the essential JS techniques that need to be understood and implemented by a programmer:

    1. JS Namespacing - Namespacing is a renowned JS practice used to avoid ambiguity and prevents the risks of naming collisions. As the use of namespaces can be found anywhere in the coding, it’s important to implement them correctly. In JavaScript, everything is an object and creating a namespace for it is very easy. In order to create a namespace, there is a need to call a simple function with some arguments. Further, define all those functions and variables in that namespace. However, namespaces make the JS code structured and easy to understand.
    2. JS Closures - Closures are the fundamental JS concept that every single beginner must know. Using Closures in JavaScript allows the programmers to write code in a better summarizing manner. With the closures, an inner function can easily access the outer function’s variables. In order to create a closure, there is a need to extend the function inside another function. With this, the inner function can access all the variables in the function’s scope. In simple words, closures make it easy to handle JavaScript programming tasks.
    3. JS Object Literals - In a JavaScript application, object literals are known as building blocks. Every component in JavaScript is the object - either it is a function, string or number. Object literals are used normally to create objects in JS. One of the simplest ways to create a literal is to assign a null object in a variable. These features of object literals allow the programmers to write code in a powerful way.
    4. JS Hoisting - In JS, hoisting is a mechanism for moving the variables and functions to the top of the function scope. Although, this technique is quite tough, but beneficial for the complex code. However, it is the JS feature that allows the programmers to create references to functions and variables.
    5. JS Recursion - While programming in JavaScript, it is crucial to be aware of recursive functions. It is a JavaScript technique which makes the function to call itself in a repetitive form. This technique is applied when there is a need to call the same function with different parameters. Hence, it is the simplest programming concept one can implement in the required projects.

With an insight on these advanced JS techniques, one can develop JS app for efficiency. These advanced JS techniques allow you to develop a complex JS application easily in less time.
