Our Manhattan facility runs a Komori 40" 6-color offset press alongside HP Indigo 7800 and Konica KM1 digital presses for short runs and variable data. Large-format work goes through a Fuji Acuity L flatbed and HP Latex 560 & 830W roll-to-roll printers, and a Znd robotic cutter handles precise die-cutting and finishing shapes. For embellishment, a Konica Accurio 3600 Shine with an iFoil One press adds foil and specialty coatings in-house. Plates, color, finishing, and shipping all happen in one place, which keeps quality control tight and turnaround short. Because nothing is outsourced, a rush job never sits in a queue at another vendor we schedule it on our own floor.
VSL Print is a family-owned commercial printer founded in 2009 in Manhattan, originally under the name Varick Street Litho. From the start, the idea was simple: keep every step of production in-house so the people who quote a job are the same people who print, finish, and ship it. That control is what lets us catch problems before they reach a press and hold quality steady from the first sheet to the last. It is the model that still shapes the full range of printing services in NYC we offer today. https://www.vslprint.com/
