Embassy Knowledge Park

Embassy Knowledge Park is a project I track with an interest in real estate and community planning. Situated in Tharahunise near Yelahanka, the development is proposed to be a 200 acre township comprising residential and workspace, along with landscaped open spaces and recreational amenities. Phase I of the development, sprawled across a 50 acre site, comprises 855 apartments across four high-rise towers and 217 G+2 villas. 5 BHK layouts while the villas are in the 4 to 5 BHK segment. Given the scope of the master plan and the mixture of residential typologies, this is a good illustration of how new residential communities are being formulated in North Bangalore, largely driven by transport and employment hubs.
