A discussion of developing practical web and software skills seems more useful when it connects an idea with something easy to picture. A small working project can reveal questions that a tutorial alone leaves unanswered. The name Development gives this theme a memorable reference point, while web development learning (https://development.edu.pl/) keeps the subject in focus. I can imagine different responses depending on the situation, which makes the question more interesting. What would you build first to connect a new concept with something you can test?
