Regardless of any given circumstance, “Team Work Works!”  It is not that students are unequipped for studying on in isolation/solitude, it is only that when they study in coordinated effort the synergy drives the students, one step beyond. During the learning period people have a tendency to be suspicious and loaded with full of underachieving, so they stay with the habit for lone learning. They regularly underestimate the force of a "group".

The synergy between the gatherings/groups is the real impulse that has the ability to take them to new heights. Theoretically, let us assume the exploration students are challenged to negate "The hypothesis/theory of relativity" it is near impossible for a singular individual to disprove the hypothesis/theory, as it will take ages. When they shape a group they have a better opportunity to finish up, take off alone disproving it.

The individual self-satisfied attitude frequently limits the levels of the individual, this never happens in a gathering activity. The students of the gathering/group tend to push other individuals to the extreme, along these lines getting the best out of everybody. Accept a group of students are requested that plan a roman amphitheater, with a touch of advancement. Every individual sees the structure in his own thoughts, this prompts a healthy discussion of the design. Where the design considerations of every individual is approved against the other students, which helps in drawing out the best of each student and never gives the quality of complacency a chance to settle in.

In isolation the individual tends to concentrate on minor angles and eventually loses the sense of direction. This seldom happens in a group action, there is always somebody to watch where they are heading. It also helps in playing an exercise in careful control, i.e. the shortcoming of an individual is supplemented by another person in the group. This is the force of enjoying group action.  Eventually leads to better results, increment in efficiency and  agility. The winning elements of the group movement are the individual members, they can make or break the activity.

There are circumstances where singular action is more effective, in-case of an action which needs expansiveness. Though Group activity is very effective when the action demonstrates broadness that is overpowering for a individual. Irrespective of all these, group/gathering action works most of the time.
