    Resource selection process by RMS.

    RMS means Resource Management System. RMS plays the important role for hiring the resource in the industries / firms. This module mainly reduces the Un legally resource selection process. The RMS can be defined in following step

    1-Resource Registration.
    2-Resource Approval.
    3-Callers.
    4-Test/Interview Schedule Processing.
    5- Selection Approval.
    6-Final Selection.

    1. Resource Registration process:- under the resource registration process filling the all required Resource information by the Firm/Company /Department. There are main step of this process as given below- (I) Filling the Registration Form by system.
    (II) Scanning the document. (III) Capturing the Photograph facility. (IV) Finger Print Scanning. After completing all required information by Department/Firm/Company as above. We will submit Application to generate a unique Enrollment No.

    2. Resource Approval Process:- After completing resource registration process, Next step is the resource approval process and to manages the history of the resource category wise. (I) General, OBC, SC, ST, Other. (II) HR, A/c, Peon, Guards, Gunman, Clerk, IT, Etc. (III) Education/Qualification & Expertise wise.

    3. Telecalling: After completing the resource approval and receive the shortlist resource history. The departments call him for test and interview as per requirement of the resource. And the telecaller manage a remarkable history category wise.

    4. Test/Interview with image matching:- After finding out the resource history category wise. The test takers and Interviewer select the resource for test or interviews. After taking test/interviews with matching finger print/ Photograph, if photograph /finger print are matched then he will give grade/Marks of the resource as per test/interview, And if the finger print / photograph are not matched then the resource will be rejected. After completing this process enter resource primary selection approval.

    5. Selection Approval: After receiving the shortlist resource history with grade/ Mark/Measurement. The Selection officer approves the resource for final selection if the selection officer is not satisfied with selection process then he can reviews the same process again. Only after satisfaction he decided the approval.

    6. Final Approval: The chief officer reviews the process if he is satisfying the selection process then he will approve the selection and if he is not satisfied with the selection process. He can reject the approval process.

    This is a very important resource selection process by resource management system with matching finger print and photographs.
