Publishing of banners :-

To ensure that the banner we have published are displaying correctly and working as it should be please follow following steps :-

1. Always check banners specification like size, dimension, click-tag if embedded on flash banners along with the click through URL as and when we receive so that they can meet the basic requirement as defined in your Banner advertising specification defined by you.
2. Just after creation of the banners on DFP, we need to check all the banners if they are displaying correctly on site, if the URL is working correctly on all the banner.

Creating and sending the weekly Newsletters :-

To ensure that the NL that we have created is correctly sent and properly formatted, we need to follow following steps : -

1. Always check advertorial content sent to us, if the submission material meet the basic requirement as defined in your Newsletter specification defined by you.
2. Before sending a test mail, we need to check the NL for any content formatting error, content alignment error.
3. Before sending the test mail, we need to check if all the links are properly embedded on the Title, Image & on the Read more/Learn more, etc., we also make to ensure that all the links are running properly and should open without any error.

Publishing of articles:-

To ensure that the article we have published is displaying correctly, we need to follow following steps :

1. Make sure that all the submission material received should meet the basic requirement as per the Editorial guidelines & Formatting instructions defined by you.
2. Before publishing we need to check if the drafted article is displaying properly with the main image, block quotes, author box, alignment of extra images embedded in the article, internal banners image.
3. Before publishing we need to make sure that the main category is selected, tags have been chosen, excerpt has been entered along with the selection of the Author name from the list of authors.
4. Before publishing we need to ensure that a separate author page has been furnished for all the requested authors.
5. Before publishing check all the hyperlinks on the article, if they are running correctly without any error or not.
