    Hi Sandeep,

    Please provide the exact steps that you are performing for recording. Also, provide the application/ website that you are testing. Please make sure that the website that you are testing should not have any security concerns because now a days most of the application do not allow permissions to the end user to perform performance testing on their application(specially the banking sites)
