If you want to change password of any user from admin login in OpenERP(Odoo) follow the below mentioned steps:-
Step-1 Go to Setting Menu and click it.

Step-2 Go to users->users->Chek user

Step-3 Go to More Menu-> Change Password.

Step-4 Go to New password ->Click on Change Password button.

Step-5 After that your password has been successfully changed
