RMS means Resource Management System.RMS plays an important role in the resource Selection Process. This is a very important resource selection process by resource management system through matching finger print and photographs.

4-Test/Interview Scheduling Process.
5- Selection Approval.
6-Final Selection.
1.Resource Registration process:- Under the resource registration process filling all the required Resource information in the system by the Firm/Company /Department.
Filling the Registration Form by system.
Scanning the document.
Capturing the Photograph facility.
Finger Print Scanning.
2. Resource Approval Process:- After completing resource registration process, Next step is the resource approval process.
General, OBC, SC, ST, Other.
HR, A/c, Peon, Guards, Gunman, Clerk, IT, Etc.
Education/Qualification & Expertise wise.
3. Telecalling: After completing the resource approval and receiving the resource history, the purpose of this step is for calling to interview /Test and manage remarkable history by telecallers.
4. Test/Interview with image matching:- After completing the Test or Interview maintaining a resource history with grade/Marks etc. Selecting the resource by test / interviews by matching finger print &Photograph.
5. Selection Approval: After completed Resource Test/Interview. The Selection officer approves the resource for final selection. If the selection officer is not satisfied with the selection process then he can review the process again.
6. Final Approval: The chief officer reviews the process. If he is satisfied with the selection process then he will approve the resource selection otherwise he can reject the approval process.
