We can create custom HTML module in joomla using the administrative area.
Go to Extensions -> Module Manager.Then click New icon and select Custom HTML as a module type.
A new page will open where user need to enter the title of the module, Also need to select its position on the template and enter the Custom Output which should be display by this module.
WE can assign this module from menu assignment sections to any pages where we want to show that module content on front end.
Publish the module and adjust some other settings as per requirement and then click save and close.
You will see custom HTMl module has been created.
