A Category List is used to show the articles which belongs to specific category. It is a menu items which links to a Specific page that is simply "lists" all of the articles belonging to that category. We can create a new list category menu item by this way. for example.
Select Menus Main Menu.
Next to create new menu item Click the New Toolbar button.
Type select button by clicking menu item and then click the category list menu item link which is under articles link.

A Category Blog menu item is similar to featured article menu item type. However there is bit difference between this a Featured Articles menu item type will display articles from multiple categories but a Category Blog will only pull articles from one category.
Category Blog menu item links to a page which looks like a traditional blog. it displays a article list Also,it provides a facility to show the article in a "preview" type mode
