    Hello Everyone,

    I am using the express checkout recurring API for Paypal on my site. When I am using the live credentials on the API of pay-pal account, getting "return to merchant"-error and redirecting me to another window instead of the URL which I have mentioned in my code. Similarly,if I am using testing accounts on live pay-pal account then its working fine.

    Is there is any kind of settings which I required to do so that my live pay-pal account credential work perfectly on live server and will be able to proceed with my payments on my site?

    Kindly Suggest, how to resolve this issue.

  • You can find the solution i.e. Owner of account should call to PayPal to activate option to receive payments for Digital Goods.Enabling your PayPal Account for Digital Goods..Please contact your sales representative to enable your account for PayPal Digital Goods. Additionally, merchants in the US or Canada can contact either 1-855-477-5673 or 1-888-818-3922 to activate Digital Goods for their accounts."
