    Hi Nitin, you can use 3rd party library as below

    1. Clarifai https://developer.clarifai.com/
    2. WebPurify https://www.webpurify.com/

    Clarifai - It provides tags related to submitted image/video and you can check those tags and based on that you can block profane/offensive content.

    WebPurify - This provides APIs, you can call those API with submitted image/video.
