Currently in INDIA, 4G LTE band-40 having 2300 to 2400 MHz (TD-LTE) frequency range is active (online) and offered by the operators in Indian territory. Your phone does not support band 40 with 2300 to 2400 MHz (TD-LTE). Here, are the specifications for your phone:
4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 8(900), 20(800) - H955 LTE band 2(1900), 4(1700/2100), 12(700), 25(1900), 26(850), 41(2500) - LS996 (Sprint) LTE band 1(2100), 2(1900), 3(1800), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 7(2600), 17(700) - H950 (AT&T) LTE - US995 (U.S. Cellular) Now, you can clearly see, there is no band 40 with
2300 to 2400 MHz (TD-LTE) frequency range.

If you are unable to see APN in settings, it means your carrier have blocked it, you have to contact seller or service centre to unblock it.
Also you can confirm the same from Jio Customer care: Dial 198 toll-free number and follow the IVR options.you can also take help from videos on YouTube:

Hi, Jio operates 3 channels(3,5 & 40). Ur phone ls996 supports jio but only on band 5. Luckily in hidden menu there is an option to activate band 5. I have been using for 6 months. Any clarification u can call me on 9000483924. -

That means my phone has advance function than 40(2300/2400) bands ? due to in specification that mentioned 41(2500) - LS996 (Sprint)
so what we can do wait to change bandwidth ?

Your ans is right but on Reliance Gio Site this phone is listed but they told me that there are no option in my phone to save APN. Then i check my phone and i only found VPN. So how i can set VPN for jio
