In the past, people only established in person relationships but with the changing era, people are so busy in their lives or work that they prefer building Online relationships. But creating Online Relationship is not an easy task, it requires a lot of effort.
Let me define the difference between both In person and Online Relationship with the Clients:
In Person Relationship: It can be a warm handshake, a shared joke and a sweet smile. Basically, your gesture and postures define an in person relationship and also they defines how strong your relationship will built.
Provide introduction to the clients! The words you speak, the confidence you show will decide how strong you build the relationship with the clients. Gaining clients trust is more important.
Carefully listen and understand the problems of clients and then provide them a better solution.
Communication makes the bond stronger. Once the sale is made, communicate with the client and get to know each other more.
Online Relationships: People get information about the products or services Online. Here, people will not trust you as per your postures and gestures but through various other factors like:
Website homepage is your introduction. Showcase your website with the necessary details. Provide appropriate information on the website (i.e., work and projects delivered) along with the other relevant details, which will explain your business prospect clearly.
While building Online Relationship Content is the Key, it reaches directly to the clients. The website content should be clear & crisp. Explain your business in a manner that even a layman should understand your concept.
The major concern while building an online business relationship is trust. Why a customer should trust you? How will he trust you? These questions arises in any customers mind. Here, it is the responsibility of an entrepreneur to be responsive. Respond to your clients via mails, phone or social media; solve their problems, answer their questions and gain their trust.
