  • HOW TO SET HR-Payroll IN OPENERP

    Hi all,
    To configure the setup in OPENERP, i have provided the method/solution below, you just need to follow the steps one by one.

    SOLUTION

    Go to Settings-> Configuration-> Human Resources (this will Install your countrys payroll.)
    2-Go to Configuration to install hr_payroll module
    3-Salary Rule Categories
    4-menu
    5- Now go to Human Resources =>Configuration =>Payroll => Salary Rule Categories and click Create.


    Using above steps you can configure the following information given below:-
    1. Name : A name for the Salary Rule Category.
    2. Code : B code for the Salary Rule Category. It must be unique.
    3. Parent : It is used to create hierarchy for reporting purpose.

    After entering the Salary Rule go to Category information and click Save.

    Now next steps are-

    1. - Go to Salary Structure (to visit salary structure you need to go on menu- Human Resources Configuration Payroll Salary Structure, here you can define salary structure.)
    2. Contracts ( Human Resources =>Human Resources => Contracts, here you can define contract.
    3. Employee Payslips( Human Resources =>Payroll => Employee Payslips, here you can generate payslips.
    4. Generate Payslips wizard->
      Payslips : It holds the newly generated Payslips through wizard.

    If click on the Close button of Payslips Batch will changes the state to Close.

    Last 2 steps are-

    1. Contribution Registers->Human Resources =>Configuration => Payroll => Contribution Registers, here you can create a Contribution Register.
    2. Employee Payslip PDF, by clicking on print button you can generate PDF and save it on your local drive.
