    Hi Sir, I have just started to learn Android from the video series of "Android Apps Development Tutorial for Beginners (1) - 2015" but i am getting problem in launching AVD. In the vedio series when they are launching AVD then "Bucky Phone" AVD is comming as option, But when i am trying to launch AVD then this "Bucky Phone" is not comming as a option and "Nexus 5 API 23 x86 23 Google APIs x86 750 MB" is comming and when i am trying to launch it(Nexus 5 API 23 x86) then it is giving the following error : "Cannot launch AVD in emulator. Output: emulator: ERROR: x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration! Please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable. CPU acceleration status: HAX kernel module is not installed!"

    So sir please help to solve this problem, So that i can be able to move further in the process of learning it. For this i will be greatfull to you. Thanks and Regards, Niraj Kumar Email Id : gniraj12@gmail.com

    Make sure you have installed HAXM installer on your SDK Manager.

    After you download it and make sure you run the setup located in: {SDK_FOLDER}\extras\intel\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager\intelhaxm.exe

    Note: in Android Studio, the command "intelhaxm.exe" has been changed to "intelhaxm-android.exe"

    If you get the error "VT not supported" during the installation disable Hyper-V on windows features. You can execute this command dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V. You will also need "Virtualization Technology" to be enabled on your BIOS
