    Some time when we want to access our public folder then we get the error "Failed to open stream: Permission denie' error - Laravel" . So when we get this error .Do not think much we have to clear our cache and just give permission to our folder and we will do by using php artisan.

    Issue: if someone who is new in Laravel and trying to open http://localhost/test/public/ and I got Error in exception handler Then

    Solution:By using below code we will solve this issue.

    php artisan cache:clear 
    
    chmod -R 777 app/storage 
    
    composer dump-autoload
    

    By this way we can solve *'Failed to open stream: Permission denied' * error using laravel 4.x
